Well, the new year has started and I hope it goes better than the last ended. I'm currently unemployed, which means that I should have more time to work on this site and a couple of others I have input on.

The only problem is, I don't seem to be able to get motivated enough to work on any of them for long. I have a bright idea for one of them, such as the front page layout for a site of example work, alternatives for a stock control system I am developing for a friend, and some new functionality for The Missing List, but quickly lose interest with that project and move on to the next.

At least one thing has come out of this - my interest in World of Warcraft has dropped to below zero. I am now actively hating the biggest waste of time I have ever put so much time, money and effort into. It's boring, mindless and completely tedious. Run over there, kill x of those/collect x of that, then go over there and do the same thing. I really fail to see how I managed to spend over 3 years playing that game. Oh well.

I am actively looking for work, hopefully in the web development arena, but it looks like I will be working at almost any job I can lay my hands on that will give me a decent wage.
